Founded in 2016 as Place Studio, the group began as an architectural practice deeply involved in the delivery of complex projects across Sydney. Over the following decade, the core team contributed to more than $3.5 billion in mixed-use developments, gaining a detailed understanding of how early decisions shape outcomes long after completion.
As the practice became more closely involved in feasibility, planning and delivery, the transition into development became a natural progression. This evolution was driven by a desire to take greater responsibility for project outcomes and the long-term value created through the built environment.
