Nick brings extensive experience across development delivery, design coordination and complex project execution. His background has shaped a disciplined approach to development, with a focus on how early decisions translate into buildable outcomes, programme certainty and controlled risk.

Across his career, he has had direct involvement in the delivery of major urban projects including Barangaroo South, One Sydney Harbour, Crown Sydney and Darling Quarter. Exposure to projects of this scale reinforced the importance of alignment between feasibility, design and construction, particularly where complexity compounds risk.

As Chief Development Officer, Nick operates at the point where development intent is tested against delivery reality. His role centres on coordinating the development process, resolving constraints early and maintaining continuity from concept through to completion.
