A heritage restoration and development project comprising eight boutique apartments, ground floor retail and a rooftop terrace. Located in the heart of Potts Point, the scheme integrates contemporary architecture with heritage-inspired design cues, drawing on the area’s art deco character. The street frontage is restored to reinforce the existing pedestrian fabric, while the upper levels are oriented to secure city views within a dense urban context.
