Throughout the development of Place Studio, Marie-Claire was deeply involved across the full breadth of the practice’s work. That exposure shaped a practical understanding of how teams, systems and delivery structures need to evolve as complexity increases and the demands on a business grow.

As Chief Operating Officer, Marie-Claire works across the Place Co ecosystem, sitting between long-term direction and delivery execution. She ensures the organisation has the capacity, resilience and structure required to support current commitments while enabling future growth.
